Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”, “EULA”) carefully before using the Cleaner AI mobile application (the “App”) operated by Ercan Bicer(“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

1. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. By downloading and using the App, you agree to these terms in addition to the custom terms outlined below.

2. Features and Functionality

Cleaner AI provides tools to help you manage your device’s storage, including:

• Duplicate and similar photo detection.
• Video compression.
• Contact management (merging duplicates).
• Calendar event cleaning.

Disclaimer: The App analyzes your data to suggest items for deletion. While we strive for high accuracy, you are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all deletions. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from your use of the App. Always ensure you have a backup of your data.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Charged: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings any time after purchase.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your data.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bicer and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
