1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

If you download the App through the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to applicable Apple terms and policies.

2. Description of the Service

InSight is an Instagram analytics companion app that may allow you to:

• retrieve public Instagram profile information by username;
• import and analyze your own Instagram data export files on your device;
• review lists and summaries generated from those files; and
• access premium features through in-app purchases, if offered.

The App is designed around a zero-login workflow. We do not require your Instagram password to use the core experience described in the current App version.

The App is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
