These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of QRScanner (the "App") provided by Ercan Bicer ("I," "me," or "my").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Apple Standard EULA

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable:

If there is a conflict between Apple's mandatory terms and these Terms, Apple's mandatory terms will control to the extent required.

2. License

I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the applicable App Store rules.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the App except as allowed by law
• Use the App to violate any law, infringe rights, or distribute harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content
• Interfere with the App's operation or related services

4. App Features

The App may allow you to scan QR codes and barcodes, create and customize codes, save history, share results, and use utility tools. Some features may require internet access. Feature availability may change over time.

5. User Content

You are responsible for any content you enter, generate, store, share, scan, or act upon through the App. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use that content.

I do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant me any limited rights reasonably necessary to operate the App and related support services.
