Welcome to QuranStudio! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the QuranStudio mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

QuranStudio is a video creation tool that enables users to generate aesthetic Quran recitation videos for social media platforms. Users can select background visuals, Quranic Surahs and Ayah ranges, reciters, and translation languages to produce videos with synchronized Arabic text, translations, and audio recitations.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

QuranStudio offers basic free features with limited usage quotas and a premium subscription (“Pro”) that unlocks higher quotas and additional features such as watermark removal and high-quality exports.

• Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: QuranStudio offers weekly and monthly auto-renewing subscriptions. The price and duration are displayed clearly within the App prior to purchase.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management & Cancellation: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: All payments via the App Store are handled by Apple. Any refund requests must be directed to Apple Customer Support.

3. Quranic Content and Respectful Use

QuranStudio provides access to Quranic text, translations, and audio recitations sourced from the Quran Foundation (Quran.com). By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Respectful Use: The Quran is a sacred text. You agree to use this App and its generated content in a manner that is respectful and dignified. You shall not use the App to create content that mocks, distorts, or disrespects the Quran or Islamic values.
• Accuracy Disclaimer: QuranStudio displays translations provided by third-party scholars and organizations. These translations are for reference purposes and may vary. The App does not provide religious rulings (fatwa) or authoritative interpretations.
• Attribution: When sharing generated videos, you are encouraged to credit the reciter and translation source where appropriate.

4. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for any videos you upload from your device’s gallery to use as backgrounds (“User Content”).

By using the App, you agree NOT to:

• Upload, create, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy.
• Use the App to create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App or its underlying systems.
• Use the generated content for unlawful purposes or in violation of intellectual property rights.
• Circumvent usage quotas, abuse free trials, or manipulate the subscription system.

We reserve the right to restrict your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
