Welcome to PetPOV! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the PetPOV mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

PetPOV provides an entertainment application that allows users to create AI-generated content, including talking pet animations, custom text, and voice generations based on uploaded images and selected personas.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

PetPOV offers basic free features with limited usage quotas and a premium subscription (“Pro”) that unlocks higher quotas and additional features.

• Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: PetPOV offers weekly auto-renewing subscriptions. The price and duration are displayed clearly within the App prior to purchase.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management & Cancellation: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: All payments via the App Store are handled by Apple. Any refund requests must be directed to Apple Customer Support.

3. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for any photos, videos, or audio you upload to PetPOV (“User Content”).

By using the App, you agree NOT to:

• Upload, create, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy.
• Upload any media containing humans if you do not have their explicit consent.
• Use the App to generate hate speech, explicit content, or content depicting animal abuse.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App or its underlying AI processing systems.
• Use the generated content for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict your access to the App if you violate these Terms or generate inappropriate content.

4. Intellectual Property

• App Content: The design, features, codebase, and original assets of PetPOV are the intellectual property of the developers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• Generated Content: You retain ownership of the original media you upload. PetPOV grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, personal license to use, save, and share the AI-generated outputs created through the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App, the accuracy of the AI-generated content, or the reliability of the service. We do not warrant that the App will be undisrupted, bug-free, or secure.
