Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the CleanKit mobile application (the "Service") operated by Bicer ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

CleanUp is a utility tool designed to help users organize their device storage by identifying duplicate photos, videos, and contacts. The app provides suggestions, but the final decision to delete any content rests solely with the user.

2. User Responsibility

• Content Safety: While we strive for high accuracy in our algorithms, technology is not infallible. We strongly recommend that you review files before deleting them permanently. We are not responsible for any accidental loss of data, photos, videos, or contacts.
• Secret Space: If you use the secure vault feature, understand that these files are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app may result in the permanent loss of files stored in the vault. Please ensure you restore files to your gallery before deleting the application.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features of the Service may be available only with a paid subscription.

• Subscription Terms: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bicer and its licensors.

5. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
