Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Colorfly mobile application (“Service”) operated by Robomanager (“we”, “us”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes. You represent that you are at least 13 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscription: Some features require a paid subscription (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly).
• Payment: All fees are processed through your Google Play account.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Account Settings.
• Changes: We may adjust pricing or features, but will provide notice for any material changes.

4. User Content & License

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of the photos you upload.
• License: By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the Service (e.g., generating the artwork).
• Privacy: We do not permanently store source images or face data; they are deleted automatically after processing.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service itself (including code, design, and branding) is the property of Robomanager and is protected by copyright laws.
