These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Color Book mobile application, related services, and content provided by ColorifyAI ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Service Description

Color Book is a mobile app that provides digital coloring page browsing, AR-assisted tracing tools, saved-page history, optional notifications, and subscription-based premium features.

The app is intended for general consumer use. If the app is used by or for children, a parent, guardian, teacher, or other responsible adult is expected to supervise usage and permissions.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

You may not:

• use the app in a way that harms, disables, or interferes with the service;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute the app or its content except as allowed by law;
• use the app to infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
• upload, share, or process content you do not have the right to use.

3. Camera and Device Features

Some features, including AR Drawing, require access to device hardware or operating system permissions such as:

• camera access;
• notifications;
• local storage.

If you deny these permissions, some app features may not function properly.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may be offered through paid subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Billing is processed by Apple through your App Store account.
