A. Locally Processed Data (On-Device)

Cleaner AI is designed with a “Privacy First” approach. The majority of our features operate by processing your data directly on your device. We do not upload your personal content to our servers.

Photos and Videos: We access your photo library to identify duplicates, similar photos, screenshots, and large video files. This analysis is performed locally using on-device technology (such as Apple’s Vision framework). Your photos and videos never leave your device.
Contacts: We access your contact list to identify duplicate entries. This processing happens locally on your device.
Calendar Events: We access your calendar to help you identify and remove unwanted past events. This processing happens locally on your device.

B. Setup and Usage Information

We may collect non-personal information about how you access and use the App (“Usage Data”). This usage data helps us improve the App’s performance and user experience.

Device Information: Device model, iOS version, unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFV).
App Usage: Features used, time spent on the App, and interaction usage statistics.
Crash Logs: Information related to App crashes to help us fix bugs (via Firebase Crashlytics).

C. Subscription and Purchase Information

We use third-party services to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases.

RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscription billing infrastructure. They may collect anonymous user IDs to validate your purchase status. We do not have access to your credit card information; all payments are processed securely by Apple via the App Store.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To Provide Features: To analyze your storage (Photos, Contacts, Calendar) and suggest items for deletion.
To Improve the App: To understand how users interact with our App and to fix technical issues.
To Manage Subscriptions: To verify your premium status and process payments.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and services to facilitate our App (“Service Providers”). These third parties have access to your non-personal Usage Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
